Due to the intimate and personal nature of sanitary pads, and in line with standard health and hygiene practices, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered.
We understand that concerns may arise in rare circumstances, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only under the following specific conditions:
- You received a different product than what you ordered
- The product was physically damaged at the time of delivery
- There is a genuine manufacturing defect
- Items are missing from your order package
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with:
- Your order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the affected product(s)
Our team will review the case and, if approved, issue a replacement or initiate a refund to your original mode of payment. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a pending order (before dispatch), please contact us immediately with your order ID via WhatsApp or email. We may not be able to process cancellations after shipment is initiated.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds or replacements for reasons related to personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect address details entered at the time of order.
